Shipping Policy
The following are estimated processing and delivery times. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Please understand we are a team of humans, working with human hands, and human brains. We aren’t perfect.
Processing
Order processing takes place during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. Please allow 1-2 days for processing. Orders received after 2 PM will begin being processed the following business day. We are off work on regular US Holidays.
Shipping
We ship Click Mall LLC products both domestically and to a select number of international destinations. Shipping times depend on your location. Our carrier website quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for domestic delivery. International shipping is longer.
If a package can’t be delivered due to an error in entering your shipping address, Click Mall LLC is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.
You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence or the country in which the package is shipped and received.

Customs
You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence.
Click Mall LLC is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies, and it is not the responsibility of Click Mall LLC to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.
For example, Canadian residents might expect a customs charge of a certain percentage of the total cost of the purchase. Click Mall LLC is not responsible for this payment. Your package may arrive at your local post office or delivery center and be held until pickup and payment is taken care of.
If you neglect to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will not refund the charge for the original shipping.
Should Click Mall LLC mistakenly be invoiced directly for any duties or fees from the shipping company after delivery, we will email an invoice for the balance due. This will need to be paid immediately.
Tracking
If you have a package marked as delivered but haven’t received it, please contact your local carrier office or send an email to our Customer Service Representative at info@clickmallglobal.com.
In summary, you will have to pay taxes and duties in your own country. This is extra, and we have no control over it. By purchasing a Click Mall LLC product, you acknowledge that you are aware of this and accept it as your financial responsibility.
